Acts of Grace Project believes that every act of grace creates a ripple of healing, connection, and meaningful impact. Guided by faith and shaped by the endurance of its Founder, Natalie Leon, Acts of Grace Project empowers individuals and organizations to live, love, and lead with grace.
OUR STORY
Founded by Natalie Leon, an award-winning communicator, mother, and community advocate, Acts of Grace Project was born from a life shaped by perseverance and purpose. In 2021, Natalie welcomed her daughter, Grace, amid the pandemic—without the support that far too many mothers across America experience. This season, marked by her transition into public service, revealed deeper truths about systems and society, heightened her awareness of her own survival and strength, deepened her faith, and awakened a calling to become a catalyst for meaningful change. Her life’s journey became the inspiration for Acts of Grace Project, a nonprofit devoted to uplifting individuals, organizations, and the communities they serve.

Consulting Services
We partner with organizations and community leaders to develop solutions that realign teams with their mission, vision, and story. Through this work, we design community-driven strategies, strengthen internal culture, and create communications and engagement campaigns that inspire connection and meaningful impact from the inside out.
From Natalie’s experience, when an organization’s internal culture is disconnected from its purpose, meaningful community connection and impact become reactive rather than intentional. That’s why our consulting arm operates as a mission-aligned social enterprise—encouraging organizations and community leaders to lead with intention, deepen community engagement, and support the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
